Organic Chia Seeds

Chia is an edible seed that comes from the desert plant Salvia hispanica and contains healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium.

Bananas are a great source o B vitamins and potassium while helping beat gastrointestinal issues. We only use freeze-dried bananas that after freezing, is the best way to preserve nutrients and doesn't requires any additives.

Prebiotic Fiber

Tapioca fibre is a prebiotic fibre that's been shown to promote the growth of good gut bacteria.

Coconut Milk

How to prepare

Pour

Pour 50g of the chia blend into a jar or bowl.

Add Milk

Add 3/4-1/2 cup cup milk or water, refer to the table below.

Soak

Stir, cover, refrigerate & let it soak for at least 20 minutes. Give it a final stir and enjoy!
