Intentional Ingredients

Organic Chia Seeds

Maca has a long history of being used for energy and memory function. In the Incan culture, it was used to promote fertility in women. It is believed that Maca can help you increase your memory and energy levels.

Lucuma is rich in antioxidants, such as carotenoids and polyphenols, which may offer protection against various conditions, including diabetes and heart disease.

Freeze-dried Banana

Bananas are a great source o B vitamins and potassium while helping beat gastrointestinal issues. We only use freeze-dried bananas that after freezing, is the best way to preserve nutrients and doesn't requires any additives.

Walnuts are an excellent source of antioxidants that can help fight oxidative damage in your body, including damage due to “bad” LDL cholesterol, which promotes atherosclerosis.

Prebiotic Fiber

Tapioca fibre is a prebiotic fibre that's been shown to promote the growth of good gut bacteria.

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is rich in short and medium chain triglycerides that are considered to be healthy fats. They prolong the feeling of satiety and are more likely to be converted to energy compared to longer chain fatty acids.
